With the past two season’s doing astonishingly well, Season three of Netflix’s House of Cards is highly anticipated. Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright have both won Golden Globe awards for their outstanding performances in the series. The show itself has also won and been nominated for many more awards, setting precedent for digital series everywhere. It has certainly raised the bar on what we expect from our digital content, whether we get it from Netflix, Amazon, Yahoo, or elsewhere.
So, when can we expect to start bingewatching the third season of House of Cards? If it follows the same schedule as last year, it should pop up on Netflix a little after 3am EST on Friday, February 27. For those of you with 9-5 jobs, you’re in luck. You don’t have to use a sick day so you can watch it all day. If you are scheduled to work that Saturday, you might want to consider calling in sick. If it’s anything like the previous two seasons, it’ll be well worth it.
If you want to know a bit more about what’s going to happen this season, The Verge grabbed the details when House of Cards was accidentally released a tad early.
